1. Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively within Belgium. No deliveries will be made outside this geographical area.
2. Payment
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. The payment must be received in our bank account within 48 hours following the confirmation of your order. The transfer reference must include the order number. The goods are shipped after receipt of payment.
Promotional products: for any order containing a promotional item, payment must be received within 24 hours following order confirmation.3. Prices
All our prices are in Euro (€) and include Belgian VAT (21%).
4. Availability
Shipping time (not delivery time):
All orders are shipped within an average period of 48 hours. In the event of stock shortage, either in our warehouses or at our suppliers, the delivery time will be a maximum of one month. If the order cannot be delivered within this period, it will be cancelled and the amount refunded within 7 days following cancellation.
5. Registered but Not Delivered Orders
If you have ordered items that are not immediately available, we will ship your parcel as soon as all items are available. If the entire order cannot be shipped within one month, the available items will be shipped and the unavailable items will be refunded within 7 days following the shipment of the parcel containing the available items. If you wish to receive the unavailable items as soon as they become available, please make a request. No delivery timeframe will be communicated in this case.
6. Returns
- If you have changed your mind : See point 7: Right of withdrawal.
- Defective item under warranty : If an item shows a defect, please inform us precisely about the nature of the problem. If the manufacturer provides direct after-sales service, we will communicate their contact details to you. Otherwise, an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be provided for returning the defective item. We will keep you regularly informed about the progress of the repair. If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with the same model.
- Error in the order : If you made a mistake in your order and the parcel has already left our warehouse, you may return the item within 15 days, provided it remains in its original unopened packaging.
- Error in delivery : If an item received does not correspond to your order, it must be returned in its original unopened packaging. Upon receipt, we will send you the originally ordered item.
Important: Except in the case of delivery errors, shipping costs are never refunded, whether for delivery or return.For any return, you must obtain a return number called an RMA. If you return an item without an RMA number, administrative fees of €75 will be charged.
There are two types of RMA numbers:
- Commercial RMA : Request for return authorization by the buyer to the seller within the framework of the right of withdrawal in distance selling.
- Technical RMA : Request for return authorization by the buyer to the seller following a defect or technical issue with delivered products.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Within the framework of distance selling, as a consumer, you benefit from a legal reflection period of 14 calendar days. This period starts the day after delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract. You have the right to examine and test the goods as you would in a physical store. For example, you may try on clothing, but you may not test or configure a computer if such use leaves traces.
Returned items must remain in their original unopened packaging.You may be held liable for any depreciation in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after informing the seller of your decision. Return costs are at your expense. The refund will be made within 3 days following receipt and verification of the goods by our services.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made goods (e.g. configured PC)
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items (e.g. ink cartridges, toner)

8. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall make every effort to settle amicably any disputes relating to these terms and conditions of sale. In case of failure, the Courts and Tribunals of Brussels, Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Belgian law shall be exclusively applicable in the event of dispute.
9. Warranty
The warranty on equipment is 2 years from the invoice date. The following are excluded from warranty:
- Improper use of the equipment
- Intentional or accidental destruction and/or damage (computer virus, power surge, etc.)
- Components not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
Any defective product must be returned in its original packaging, with all warranty labels and accessories, accompanied by the return number. Any incomplete, damaged or deteriorated product, or product with damaged original packaging, will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. A fee of €35 will be charged to cover reconditioning and reshipping costs for items whose original packaging is missing or damaged. The sender must ensure proper packaging and protection of the goods being returned.
10. Transport
We ship orders via the carrier selected during order confirmation. However, we reserve the right to use other carriers without prior notice. Any difference between the paid shipping costs and the actual costs will be borne by us.

It is recommended to refuse delivery if the parcel is damaged, opened or repackaged, or to make precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note. Immediately check the contents of the parcel and contact us if a product is damaged or missing. Repeat your protests and reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within three days of receipt, in order to preserve your rights against the carrier. For any order of valuable goods, we recommend choosing an insured shipping method.
Receipt of Goods :
Refuse delivery if the goods are damaged, missing, or if the parcel has been opened or repackaged (except for customs inspection). In case of loss or damage, make precise and detailed written reservations on the carrier’s delivery note in the presence of the carrier or its employees. Then send a registered letter to the carrier repeating these reservations within three days following delivery. Goods accepted without reservations and without a letter sent to the carrier within three days are deemed to have arrived in good condition and complete.
